1. How to unlink a social account
You can unlink your social media account from your Customer Account by following these steps:
- Click on ☰ icon on the upper left corner (on mobile) or click on the person symbol icon on the upper right corner (on desktop) to login.
- Navigate to customer account and click on my social accounts
- Select the social account you wish to unlink
- Click Unlink
Once confirmed, the social account will be successfully unlinked from your account.

Remark: After unlinking, you can still log in using your registered email address and password.
If you wish to request personal data deletion or account removal, please contact our customer service at support@the-ppgroup.com ,Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding public holidays, and provide your full name, registered email address, request details.
