The Corporate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and customer relationship management (CRM) programs that elevate brand presence, drive customer engagement, and enhance loyalty within the fashion retail lifestyle sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and CRM technologies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Brand Positioning: Develop and implement brand positioning strategies that reflect the company’s vision and resonate with the target audience.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, in-store, and traditional media, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content, including visuals, videos, and copy, that engages and inspires the target audience.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and influencer collaborations, to maximize online presence and drive e-commerce sales.
Customer Relationship Management(CRM):
- CRM Strategy: Design and implement CRM strategies to build long-term customer relationships, enhance customer retention, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Data Analysis: Utilize CRM data to segment customers, analyze purchasing behaviors, and develop personalized marketing communications.
- Loyalty Programs: Manage and optimize customer loyalty programs to reward and retain high-value customers, driving repeat purchases and brand advocacy.
- Customer Insights: Conduct regular analysis of customer feedback, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and engagement.
Performance Analysis:
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing and CRM activities, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing and CRM budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving desired outcomes.
- ROI Analysis: Measure the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing and CRM initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
Team Leadership:
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Marketing, and retail teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing and customer engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing and CRM role within the fashion retail or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, retail dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience in developing and managing successful marketing campaigns and CRM strategies.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
