RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- For exchange the product, please inform us within 7 days after receiving the product . The product must be in its original condition. Do not remove labels or packaging , wash and the product must not be used. You make a request to the staff and inform your order number to check the inventory that you want to change the product you wish to exchange must be of the same type, same price or more if the value of the replaced product is less than the company reserves the right to refund the difference. Once confirmed by the staff You will need to send the product you want to exchange with receipt

- If the customer receives a defective, damaged product or receives a product that does not match the order please notify the staff within 7 days after receiving the product. Take a photo of the defective product and send it to Email : Support@the-ppgroup.com
- The company will cancel and refund in the event that 1. The product is defective has damaged 2. The wrong product is sent. Please notify the staff within 7 days after receiving the product. The company will refund the full amount to you within 15 working days.
