PP Luxe Co., Ltd., PP Glam Co., Ltd. and PP Mode Co., Ltd. (collectively called “PP Group” or “We” “Our” “Us”) gives priority to your privacy and transparency in the collection and use of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

1. Application of Privacy Policy

This Policy applies to yours when you:

1.1 Purchase our products at our stores, or, through our website or Line Official Account;

1.2 Fill in information in Customer Card Form; or

1.3 Register on our CRM System via PP Group Line Office Account (@ppgroupthailand) (“CRM System”); or

1.4 Fill in information for redeeming certain privileges via Mobile Connect through the link that we sent to you via email or SMS.

 

2. Personal Data to be Collected by Us

“Personal Data” means information which can used to identify an individual whether directly and indirectly pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 and its amendments and other relevant laws.

Your personal data to be collected by PP Group (“Your Personal Data”):

2.1 Credit card information (if you make payment by credit card);

2.2 History of your purchase at our stores or via online channels i.e. Line Official Account and PP Group Website

2.3 The following information filled in Customer Card Form or registration form on CRM System via PP Group Line Official Account

  • Your name-last name
  • Your National ID Card No./Passport No.
  • Your telephone number and email address
  • Your address
  • Your birthday
  • Your sex

2.4 The following information filled in for redeeming certain privileges via Mobile Connect:

  • Your name-last name
  • Your birthday
  • Your telephone number and email address

 

3. Why We Collect Your Personal Data and Legal Basis on Which We Collect Your Personal Data

3.1 Your credit card information will be collected as proof for payment verification with credit card company for PP Group’s legitimate interest;

3.2 Information provided by you in the Customer Card, CRM System and Mobile Connect System will be used for the following purposes upon obtaining your consent:

  • Analyzing Your Personal Data so that we can create and offer promotions as well as privileges which are suitable for you, create marketing planning and improve our services; 
  • Contacting you in order to offer PP Group products and services and provide information related to PP Group, promotions, privileges and product to you;
  • Delivering to you our complimentary gifts for our value customers subject to conditions to be determined by PP Group;
  • Verifying your identity for redeeming your accumulative points for PP Group marketing campaign.

3.3 To perform PP Group’s contractual obligations and PP Group’s obligations required by relevant laws.

3.4 To establish, exercise and defend our legal claims and disputes


4. To Who We Disclose Your Personal Data

PP Group will not disclose Your Personal Data to any third party except in case of necessity as required by law.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Your Personal Data against loss, accidental and unlawful access and unauthorised disclosure. The number of persons with access to Your Personal Data is limited. Only individuals within the Company that need to process Your Personal Data in accordance with the purposes above have access to Your Personal Data. For the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we may disclose your personal information to affiliated and group companies and other recipients outside the group as follows:

4.1 Companies and affiliates within PP Group for offering PP Group products and services and provide information related to PP Group, promotions, privileges and product

4.2 Suppliers and partners that carry out services on our behalf or in other ways collaborate with us, e.g. our online billing system provider, digital marketing service provider and mobile operators when we provide you our information.

 

5. How Long We Retain Your Personal Data

5.1 Credit Card Information

PP Group will collect your credit card information until PP Group receives relevant payments from bank.

5.2 Other Personal Data  

PP Group will retain your Personal Data for 10 years for your last purchase of PP Group products or 10 years from the date you have filled in information in the Customer Card or CRM System via Line Official Account.

 

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights with respect to Your Personal Data under the relevant law:

6.1 Right to Withdraw Consent  

If you have given your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via email or telephone number provided in Item 7 of this Policy.

6.2 Right to Access and Obtain Copy of Your Personal Data

You have the right to get access to and obtain a copy of Your Personal Data or request us to disclose the source of Your Personal Data for which you have not given your consent unless we have the right to reject your request according to the law or court order and the access to Your Data may adversely affect right and freedom of other persons.

6.3 Right to Data Portability

You may request to receive Your Personal Data or to have Your Personal Data transmitted to a third party provided that Your Personal Data is collected in the format which is readable or commonly used by automatic machine, and, can be used or disclosed by automatic means, unless it is impossible to do so because of the technical circumstances, or we are entitled to legally reject your request.  

6.4 Right to Object to Collection, Use or Disclosure of Your Data

You may object to collection, use or disclose Your Personal Data if we have collected Your Data for our legitimate interest or for direct marketing purpose.

6.5 Right to Erasure 

You may request us to erase or destroy Your Personal Data or to make Your Personal Data anonymous in the case that Your Data is no longer necessary for the purpose we have informed you or you have withdrawn your consent or you have exercised your right to object to collection, use or disclose Your Personal Data or in the case that we have unlawfully collected, used or disclosed Your Data.

6.6 Right to Restrict Processing

You may request us to restrict the use of Your Personal Data during the period we have examined Your Personal Data as requested by you, or when Your Personal Data has been unlawfully collected, used or disclosed or when the retention of Your Data is no longer necessary for the purpose we have informed you but it is necessary for you to request us to keep retaining Your Data for certain reasons or during the period we have conducted our examination in order to reject your objection according to the law.

6.7 Right to Rectification

You may ask us to collect or update or complete Your Data or make it not misleading.

6.8 Right to File Complaint

If you view that we have violated or failed to comply with PDPA, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commission of Personal Data Protection.
