EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- Product may be exchanged/returned within 14 days of the date of purchase stated on the shipping note enclosed with the order.
- Only products purchased online at www.ppgroupthailand.com are eligible for exchange/return.
- All sales and promotional items cannot be exchanged/returned.
- Exchanged items must be the same product except
- The same product is out of stock, get a refund of the full amount that you have paid as a discount code for online purchase at www.ppgroupthailand.com
- Exchange your item to another one at the same price or higher (you will pay for additional charge). There will be no refund for the difference for lower price items.
- If products do not meet the conditions of this Return and Exchange policy, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
- PP Group Thailand will not be responsible for the loss or delay of any returned items.
- For return and order cancellation
- In case of faulty or defective products, or items damaged during shipping, PP Group will give complete refund or full amount discount code for online purchase at www.ppgroupthailand.com
- For customer’s personal issues, PP Group will give an incomplete refund as an additional charge for order cancellation fee.
- Contact our staff and provide your order number within 14 days from the date the product was received.
- Our staff will contact you back for your return confirmation and refund request through your email.
- You must complete the product shipping with the receipt attached within 7 days after your return confirmation.
- When our staff checked the returned products that meet return/exchange conditions, PP Group will complete the refund through your credit/debit card of your original payment method within 15-30 days depending on each issued bank policy (usually completed within 30 days or the next billing)

- Contact our staff and provide your order number within 14 days from the date the product was received.
- Our staff will check your order information and cooperate with store staff
- Bring the product in its original condition and the receipt from our online store to the counter at the store, within 14 days from the date the product was received.
- Our staff will check the product if it matches the return/exchange condition.
- If the products meet the condition of the policy, store staff will inform E-Commerce staff.
- You will receive a return confirmation email.
- When our staff checked the returned products that meet return/exchange conditions, PP Group will complete the refund through your credit/debit card of your original payment method within 15-30 days depending on each issued bank policy (usually completed within 30 days or the next billing)
- In case of changing a new item, it will be shipped from PP Group office. You cannot collect the item from the store.
