How to return at online channel & store

RETURN PROCESSES THROUGH THE ONLINE CHANNEL

1. Contact our staff and provide your order number within 14 days from the date the product was received.
2. Our staff will contact you back for your return confirmation and refund request through your email.
3. You must complete the product shipping with the receipt attached within 7 days after your return confirmation.
4. When our staff checked the returned products that meet return/exchange conditions, PP Group will complete the refund through your credit/debit card of your original payment method within 15-30 days depending on each issued bank policy (usually completed within 30 days or the next billing)

RETURN PROCESSES THROUGH THE STORES

1. Contact our staff and provide your order number within 14 days from the date the product was received.
2. Our staff will check your order information and cooperate with store staff
3. Bring the product in its original condition and the receipt from our online store to the counter at the store, within 14 days from the date the product was received.
4. Our staff will check the product if it matches the return/exchange condition.
5. If the products meet the condition of the policy, store staff will inform E-Commerce staff.
6. You will receive a return confirmation email.
7. When our staff checked the returned products that meet return/exchange conditions, PP Group will complete the refund through your credit/debit card of your original payment method within 15-30 days depending on each issued bank policy (usually completed within 30 days or the next billing)
8. In case of changing a new item, it will be shipped from PP Group office. You cannot collect the item from the store.
