How to create a customer account.
1. Click on ☰ icon on the upper left corner (on mobile) or click on the person symbol icon on the upper right corner (on desktop) to create an account.
2.1 Click on the ACCOUNT tab and click CREATE AN ACCOUNT for new customer (on mobile).
2.2 Click LOGIN WITH SOCIAL ACCOUNT or SIGN UP
if prefer using an email account (on desktop).
3. Fill in your personal information.
4. Click the box to accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy, then click CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
5. Your account has been successfully created; return to the homepage to continue shopping.
How to shop online
1. Select your desired item, then click ADD TO CART.
2. Check the product size, color, and quantity, then click GO TO CHECK OUT.
3. Fill in the shipping address, then click NEXT.
4. ENTER DISCOUNT CODE in the box, then click APPLY.
The discount details will be shown in the order summary.
Remark: only one discount code can be used per order.
5. Choose a payment method, then click PLACE ORDER. You will be redirected to the payment website.
6. Choose a payment method, fill in the information, choose instalment options (optional for Global Card only), then click CONTINUE PAYMENT.
7. Enter the OTP, then click SUBMIT.
8. You will receive the order confirmation email when the payment is successful.
How to apply discount code
1. At the payment page, ENTER DISCOUNT CODE in the box and then click APPLY.
2. The discount detail will be shown in the order summary.
Remark: Only one discount code can be used per order

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. For credit/debit card online transaction issues, please contact your issuing bank.

SHIPPING
Products will be shipped within 3-5 business days by DHL. For order completed during Saturday-Sunday, the products will be shipped on the next business day. The shipment confirmation with tracking number will be sent after the delivery is in process through your email.
*In case customer does not provide complete delivery address information or provide inaccurate information, delivery delays may occur.
Delivery Status
After we shipped your order, you will receive a tracking number via email that you registered.
If you did not receive the email. You can check the delivery status by
Log-in website PP Group Online Store and go to My Orders and click View Order >> Order Shipments where the system will show your order tracking number.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges and Return Policy
1. Product may be exchanged/returned within 14 days of the date of purchase stated on the shipping note enclosed with the order.
2. Only products purchased online at ppgroupthailand.com are eligible for exchange/return.

4. Products in the cosmetic, skincare, hair care, lip care, fragrance, and home fragrance categories can be exchanged or returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original, sealed, and unused condition. The packaging must remain sealed, and all tags must be attached.

How to return at online channel & store
