Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on beauty product features and benefits.
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries about products and services.
- Achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
- Actively seek out customers in the store and engage them with a friendly and knowledgeable approach.
- Remain knowledgeable on beauty products offered and discuss available options with customers.
- Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Comply with inventory control procedures and store policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven work experience as a Beauty Advisor, Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Good personality and a professional appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
- Availability to work flexible shifts
